We are looking for a UX/UI Design Lead skilled in product design.
At Glass we're revolutionizing how governments buy through digital products and platforms, and are looking for a creative and committed designer with a proven track-record of successfully creating outstanding software products experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX design research for our suite of digital products and assets
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for our products
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus and widgets
- Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for our users
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies, and test activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of UX/UI design experience for digital products
- A portfolio of professional UX/Ui design work for both web and mobile platforms
- Working knowledge of the following design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Canva
- Highly organized, self-starter with attention to detail
- Creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
