Community & Content Lead

 

We are looking for a creative Community & Content Lead to manage our core communication channels, create engaging, functional and high-converting content to grow our community, and that is capable of communicating our message with winning words and visuals.

At Glass we're revolutionizing how governments buy through government marketplaces for small purchases without bids or paperwork. We are looking for a creative, community-driven storyteller who thrives at making the complicated simple and that motivates action and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our core communication channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Newsletters and Twitter)
  • Create high-quality content in different formats (posts, stories, surveys, reels, etc) for use in the different communication channels
  • Conduct monthly monitoring and analysis of our communication channels, assessing growth and metrics
  • Contribute ideas on communications to inform the public about Glass and our key topics: public procurement, government innovation and digital transformation

Qualifications

  • Interest and experience working in online media and digital communications
  • Proven experience building online communities through successful social media campaigns
  • Creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to create high-quality written and visual content
  • Highly organized, self-starter with attention to detail
