Business Operations & Executive Support


As part of our Business Operations Team, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business and platforms. You will provide essential support to our executive team and oversee various operational aspects to drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks.


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including business meetings coordination, roadmap tracking, calendar management, travel arrangements, and communication management
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings and presentations
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Oversee and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across departments
  • Collaborate with HR to onboard new employees, coordinate training sessions, and maintain employee records
  • Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team


  • 5 years of experience in business operations, executive support, or administrative roles
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with project management tools, technology platforms and new applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Familiarity with the government / public sector preferred
