Marketplace Marketing Lead

 

As the Marketplace Marketing Lead at GLASS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our e-commerce marketplaces through strategic marketing initiatives. Leveraging your extensive experience leading high-conversion marketing initiatives for e-commerce marketplaces, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic positioning, organic content strategies, and revenue-generating marketing avenues such as online communities and partnerships with PR, media, potential competitors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and revenue for our e-commerce marketplaces
  • Develop and implement organic content strategies to attract users and drive engagement on our marketplace platforms
  • Identify and execute revenue-generating marketing avenues, such as creating online communities and establishing partnerships with PR, media, potential competitors, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and user data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and iterate on marketing strategies accordingly
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience leading high-conversion marketing initiatives for e-commerce marketplaces
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic positioning, organic content strategies, and revenue-generating marketing avenues for e-commerce marketplaces
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and drive optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving innovation and success in e-commerce marketing
  • Experience targeting or working with government agencies and public sector preferred
