Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our government marketplace, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency
  • Serve as the main point of contact for government buyers, addressing inquiries, facilitating transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of purchase orders, including communicating order details and maintaining effective vendor relationships
  • Monitor order statuses and shipment tracking to ensure orders are received correctly and on time, proactively addressing any delays or discrepancies
  • Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, providing assistance and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure orders run smoothly, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the fulfillment process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues, streamline processes, and optimize the marketplace's performance
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a related role is desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with native-level English fluency and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools, with the ability to navigate and utilize various systems
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and resolving challenges effectively
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations is a plus
